Return, exchange and refund policy.
What will you need?
The original purchase invoice and the original packaging of the product are required for all returns and exchanges. We refund the money in the same way as the original payment method. In case of credit card payment, we are not responsible for any bank charges that may be deducted by the bank.
For example, purchases made using credit cards will be refunded to the same card account.
The following purchases cannot be returned
1. Products that have been ordered specially and tailored for you.
2. Products that have been assembled or installed.
3. Accessories, bedspreads and mattresses after removing their packaging cover.
4. Products purchased from display in showrooms with same condition.
These conditions do not apply to products that have been damaged during transportation and loading or in the event of a defect in the product, we accept their return and replacement provided that they have not been assembled or installed.
Return and replacement of the product after 30 days
You can return or replace the product within 30 days from the date of installation if any manufacturing defect appears that affects the functionality and use of the product or doesn’t meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
